「沉醉」是由日本石鎚酒造 × 東街日本料理共同推出的聯名清酒。設計以石鎚山系水源與百年釀造工藝為起點，將「從自然、釀造到餐桌」轉化為品牌的核心概念。

視覺以書法作為主要識別，流動筆勢呼應山泉與酒液，並透過帶有自然纖維肌理的紙材與燙銀工藝，呈現清酒釀造中的時間、手感與細節，在保留酒造底蘊的同時，建立屬於此次聯名酒款的獨立識別。

“SHEN ZUI” is a collaborative sake by Ishizuchi Shuzo Corporation × TouKai Japanese Cuisine. Inspired by the waters of the Ishizuchi mountains and a century of brewing craftsmanship, the identity traces a journey from nature and brewing to the dining table.

Expressive calligraphy reflects the movement of water and sake, while textured paper and silver foil bring craftsmanship into a tactile form — preserving the brewery’s heritage while creating a distinctive identity for the collaboration.
